This award is given to a certified MBE owner for strong support and dedicated leadership in promoting and advocating for minority businesses.
Corporate Advocate of the Year is presented to a corporate individual for their efforts to identify and utilize minority suppliers to fulfill corporate purchasing goals and whose extraordinary overall contributions have made a direct impact on the success of the Council.
This award is presented annually to certified minority-owned businesses that demonstrate excellence in their services and products and show growth in sales and job creation. Awards are presented in four different categories based on revenues.
This award is presented to a corporate member that demonstrates a commitment to the Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council,
minority business development, and equal economic access through its minority procurement or supply chain program.
National Corporation of the Year is presented to a corporation that demonstrates a commitment to the Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council, minority business development, and to equal economic access through its minority procurement or supply chain program.

This award honors the commitment and tireless effort in encouraging and enhancing supplier diversity and the growth of MBEs by Patricia “Patti” Pyle and Salt River Project. This award is presented to an individual whose efforts impacted the industry in our region as well as on the national level.
The Legacy Award was created to honor a corporation that has made a lasting impact on supplier diversity and MBE growth. The person or corporation that receives this award
has been continually committed and supportive of PSWMSDC.
